Katarina Bonde

Katarina G. Bonde is Managing Director at Kubi LLC, engaging in international board assignments and interim executive work focused on fast expanding companies or turnaround situations. She has been fundraising as an executive at many fast growing high tech companies as well as an angel investor. She was part of Seraph Capital since its start in 1998, the first and longest continuously running all-women angel investment group in the United States, and its president for 2 years.

Ms. Bonde was previously CEO of UniSite Software Inc. in Seattle and prior to that CEO of Captura International, Ltd., Executive VP at Captura Software Inc in Seattle, Executive VP Sales & Marketing at Timeline Software Inc., Seattle and CEO of Programator Industri AB in Sweden.

She is currently Chairman of the Board of Propellerhead Software and Board Director of Microsystemation, Mycronic, Fingerprint Cards, Nordax Bank, Images Systems and Aptilo Networks. She also serves on the executive Board of the The Sixth AP Fund, part of the Swedish public pension fund system.

She shares her time between Stockholm, Sweden and Sonoma, California where she runs a winery with her husband.
